Backbar Design is led by graphic designer Tom, focused on design for pubs, bars, restaurants and hospitality venues across the UK and beyond. With over ten years of graphic design experience, combined with hands-on hospitality experience across a range of venues, from working behind the bar to in the kitchen, the focus is on creating design that looks great and works in the real world.

I’ve worked across the industry from both sides of the bar, so I understand what hospitality businesses need from their design. It’s not just about looking good - it needs to work too, from menus used in busy venues and posters that grab attention from the street to social graphics that get people through the door.
